Grilled Salmon Skewers with Creamy Dill Yogurt Sauce

Prepare the Skewers:
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
Combine salmon cubes with olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Skewer the Salmon:
Thread salmon onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
Grill the Salmon:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, until salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
Prepare the Dill Yogurt Sauce:
Mix Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve:
Arrange skewers on a platter. Drizzle sauce over or serve on the side. Garnish with extra dill if desired.
