Sun-kissed Mediterranean Pita Pockets with Tzatziki and Grilled Chicken
Warm the pitas in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes or until they are soft and pliable.
In a mixing bowl, combine the grilled chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, lettuce, and feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut each pita in half and open the pockets gently.
