1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Optional: 1/4 tsp smoked paprika or cayenne pepper for a kick

Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for extra richness
